• Maximum Image Width (Horizontal) is 1400 pixels.
• Maximum Image Height (Vertical) is 1050 pixels.

• Please keep each image file size to no more than 800 kB

• If you need to change or add to an entry already processed you must resubmit the entire entry form with all images not just the changes or additions.

Step 2 — Type in Image Titles and Attach Files.

• Please be patient as it takes a while to upload all your images and check and rename the files.

• At the end of a successful upload you will return to the club's home page.

• You will also receive an email at the email address contained in your entry form. If you do not receive the email acknowledgment email, your upload was most likely not successful and you need to submit again.
